1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HumanTalks mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HumanTalks is a mobile application designed to help users improve their social skills through AI-powered feedback and coaching. The App provides:

• Voice recording and transcription services
• AI-generated feedback on communication skills
• Personalized coaching and suggestions
• Practice exercises and lessons

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, HumanTalks does not require user account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. If we implement user accounts in the future, we will notify you and update these Terms accordingly.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the App may require a subscription. Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Available Subscriptions:

• HumanTalks Premium Monthly: $9.99/month (auto-renewing monthly subscription)
• HumanTalks Unlimited Monthly: $29.99/month (auto-renewing monthly subscription)

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods
• Subscription prices may change with advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to harm, harass, or intimidate others
• Record or share content that violates others' privacy rights

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and design, are owned by So I Built An App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (such as voice recordings). However, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including:

• OpenAI: For AI transcription and feedback generation
• Apple App Store: For subscription management

These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI feedback will be accurate or appropriate for all situations
• The App will meet your specific needs or expectations
• Results from using the App will be guaranteed

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, So I Built An App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless So I Built An App from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
